On April 23, 2001, the Washington, D.C. Community Teaching Center (DCTC) began a new cycle celebrating the violet flame culture at our Center. The underlying idea was to enter into one-on-one relationship with the violet flame to learn the mysteries and the majesty of the violet flame. To commemorate this event, DCTC began the newsletter, "The Violet Flame Voice" which includes teachings given to us by the Messengers and the Ascended Masters, dispensations as well as testimonials by fellow students that highlight graces of the violet flame.
